If we have accidentally sent the wrong product to you (not the exact product you ordered), please contact us (below) and we will arrange for pick up of the wrong product at no cost to you. We will send the correct product for FREE after we check the wrong product.
If you change your mind after receiving a product you can return the product with no questions asked within 7 days of receipt of goods. Provided the goods are not opened and in the original sealed condition. If you choose to return any products you will have to cover the freight costs. We will then process a refund once we have received and inspected the goods. If you would like us to resend different products please let us know and we may be able to organise a freight deal. Temperature controlled goods cannot be returned.
If items are covered under manufacturer's warranty or are damaged within the sealed packaging (and not because of delivery), it may be more convenient to talk directly to the manufacturer to organise a replacement product. Alternatively, you can contact us (below), and we can arrange a solution (although this may take more time).
